Need a Binary (Tune) file

Dave W. Am trying to get a SBC Gen 1 Vortec with 4 barrel manifold, TBI-220 adapter and BBC Throttle body tuned. Already have the ignition timing table set up. Need a Binary Tune file that has fuel VE table and Ignition Timing for SBC with Vortec (fast burn) cylinder heads with BBC throttle body. Cannot find fuel VE table for Gen 1 Vortec 350cuin cylinder heads. Willing to pay for same. Please advise. Thanks.

The VE tables are tuned from a stock chip. VE table from two nearly identical engine will be different, which is one reason why "Mail Order" might not have optimal performance.

I do mail order tuning, using TunerPro RT data logs.
