Hey I'm new here I got a 1994 caprice classic with the lt1 in it just did a tranny rebuild and it shifts great when its cold but once she warms up it shifts like crap. I put too much fluid in it could this be the problem?

i've never had too much fluid cause an ATF issue..... all of them that i've touched are dry sump designs.
that being said...... how much over did you go? i've fixed some "drops out of gear around hard corners" issues by running one quart extra, but i've heard of other people running two extra without issues.
I went over probably around two quarts I'm gonna try and drain some out today I will let you know how it goes
