I've been looking all of and googling my butt of trying to find the unlocked 7603 xdf file that deminted24x7 created that is unlocked. I'm currently using his locked file but I believe he release an unlocked version at one time. I've found a few that seem to work but I trust his and I would like to build upon it with the xdf data we can now pull via universalpatcher. Of course giving credit where it is due.
