Could be the Decel is not working properly. Is it a manual or auto chip in the ECM?
What is decel and not sure if it is auto or Manuel chip some times it does slowing down
Deceleration Enleanment is used to take away fuel while decelerating. They are handled quite differantly between and auto and manual bin/chip.
Read the four letters off your chip and we can find out what it is?
Where the chip located. And what can I do to change it
