Unable to Read Codes on 94 Bonneville Using TunerPro and ADX File 16183247

I am unable to read any codes on my 94 Pontiac Bonneville SLE using an OBD Diagnostics cable, TunerPro RT software, and ADX file 16183247.

Using a Mentor scan tool, a mechanic was able to read two codes (P0118 and P1406).

Other than the code issue, the TunerPro software seems to be wor kingextremely well.

Is there anything I can do differently with the ADX file I'm using or is there a different file available that will read the codes?
