95 Fbody PCM (bad)

I have a 95 Fbody PCM that won't communicate with Tunercat and my AKM cable. You can have it for free, just pay shipping cost or if you are in the OKC area just come pick it up. It is missing the knock module and KM cover. I know some people have a way of restoring these to working condition. I know it's the PCM and not my equipment because I have another PCM that I can read and write to.
