IAC fault and no converter lock up

Hey guys,
I replaced my transmission and when I put it back in I got an IAC code that I never had before and the computer is not sending a lock up command.

I have 5 volts at the aldl connector on the f terminal, grounding it did not make the converter lockup.

The IAC shows a blip every 3 to 5 minutes and only seems to do it when the throttle is open (that I’ve seen so far) the idle speed is being controlled by the computer and idles at the programed speed.

I'm wondering if the IAC fault would cause the computer to not send the lock-up command, and ideas on what the weird blip is with the IAC that is setting the code.
