Hey guys!
So ive made a bench harness for this 98 vortec PCM that im trying to reporgram. I got the OBD2 port wired in and all that but when I go to read the PCM with LS droid it says its locked? it says "failed to unlock PCM trying again in 3 seconds" is there a way around this or am I screwed and stuck with a GM PCM I bought.

Is this a red / blue connector P01 PCM? Go to You Tube and search for "locked P01 PCM".

Its a 4 connector black box pcm. I know little about LS Droid but I'd guess it's not supported for read/write.
You would be better of doing a conversion to a 0411. The Black Box's have no to minimal support and very limited in what you can do with them.
Repinning your harness to the newer and more versatile 0411 - win win!
