DBW Cruize Control

Hi Everyone, so ive almost got everything in my truck working except cruize control and A/C.

I have an aftermarket harness for my set up and it has cruize wires for the steering column switch, these are traced and hooked up correctly, i verified that the switch activates a test light correctly but still no cruize.

Its really hard to stay within the speed limit without it, any tips on what i may have missed? I looked on lt1 swap for the diagrams and hooked everything up, even tried grounding the pin 33 wire like the site suggests,
