From Russia with ... a Impala :-)
Hello everyone from the cold harsh Russia!
I was registered a long time ago, but didn't write anything, only read. It's time to say hello!
My name is Elias. I'm own my lovely Chevy Impala SS '94. It's my everyday car.
She's have a few mods: thinny head gasket (0.015") and polished cast iron heads, Crane 227, RR 1.6, Comp Cams Beehive springs, reinforced tranny with the TransGo Reprogramming Kit, LSD 3.73, S10 TC, 160F thermo and something else.
I'm one of the few in our country who understands LT1 firmwares (or tries to do it) :rolleye: and I trying to make a perfect firmware.
My wife also owns a Chevrolet. That's a Caprice '92 9C1 (ex.police) and that's stock. While it's stock :-)
We are engaged in its restoration. The mechanics have already been done, now welding and painting are being done.
My wife and me are in the Russian club of old American cars lovers (and owners) and communicate with the same crazy regularly.
I'm sorry about my English in advance, because it's foreign language for me and I continue to learn it.
