Test setup to file ring end gaps. Ring being used is from an old air compressor. 14" cutoff wheel is attached to brake lathe and ring is clamped to rotor cutting attachment.

It's very frustrating when people do that. It's happened to me before. One way to change what's happening is to post the same ad with the same pictures and his phone number, but at 1/2 the price.
