Is this tune ok for 4X4?

Does anyone here do tuning work? I need a good bin file to flash into a 0411 pcm. I have a 97 k2500 5.7, 4l80e, 4X4 and larger cam. I need someone to send me a tune for a 2002 express 5.7l 4l80e 4X4....
