You should be able to read the numbers on the injectors without pulling them. One side should have a 8 digit GM part # and the other side should have a Bosch part # in the form of 0-280-xxx-xxx....
Here are 2 files. One for standard 5.3L 25.2 lb/hr injectors and one for 5.3L 33 lb/hr FF injectors. You need to try and get a part # off the injectors and verify what you have and use whichever file...
Your S10 original 12579405.bin file has 33lb/hr FF injector values in the IFR table. The 04 file you are running has non FF 25.2 lb/hr injector values in it. The VIN in the 03 bin is not a FF VIN....
That is only on flex fuel. Non flex went returnless in 04. Look at the IFR table in the 04 bin. It is sloped. Return fuel systems use the same value in the entire IFR table. That is one reason the 04...
For starters, the 04 12587603 file you started with was far from stock. That along with a 03 having a return fuel system and a 04 not having a return necessitating several injector tables to be set...
Idle speeds were raised, not lowered in S10 12587603 1 Apr 21.bin. I don't know why you would zero/disable the throttle cracker. Again, all the shift and lock up tables are still scaled for a vehicle...
Gear ratio was changed from 3.73 to 3.08 and tire size was changed from 29.21 to 29.59. Both of those changed the over all vehicle gearing higher but the shift and converter lockup tables were not...
What is the rear gear ratio and tire size (XXX/XX/XX) on the S10? And are using a return fuel system on the S10 with vacuum referenced regulator on the fuel rail like the donor 03 Silverado used?...
So you are not using a stock file as read from the vehicle you are modifying? What is the vehicle year and type you are working on?
Post your stock and modified bins.
