Ok, gotcha.
Are you checking for codes on the same key cycle that the error occurs, or after having cycled the key?
220* is not normal, might be worth looking at the parameters for trans temp to see how close you are getting.
Trans over temp? Hot mode?
"Limp mode" on a 4l60e is 3rd gear. The way you can tell is both shift solenoids will be OFF.
Here at work I've rigged up a fitting to use regulated shop air with my A/C gauges to pressurize the system to find gross leaks with soapy water. Small leaks are easiest to spot with A/C dye and...
Check for 12v on both sides of the low pressure switch on AC drier. Very common failure. And it maybe obvious, but also check that you have enough charge to close the switch.
That looks like same PROM cage as 7747? The one I have is even older version I guess.
Did you try just reseating the prom? That classic ECM used a crappy socket and prom holder. I have one of those ECMs here but its a different service number.
Yep, that, Reference Pulse, dont know where rotation came from lol.
Distributor Rotation Pulse I believe. Like cam sensor counts?
Not sure what brand o2 you're using, but I like Denso or NTK heated o2s.
This is just for .bin editing correct? No flashing?
The later DRAC is capable of outputting either 2000ppm or 4000ppm.
There are some diagrams in this thread,

Verify that you have solid 20lbs of fuel pressure in all throttle positions while driving. Used one of the "18#" TBI springs once that was very ineffective of maintaining advertised fuel pressure....
In the diagrams it's listed as ABS brake switch.
Pretty easy to check with DVOM. The old wiring diagrams don't show normal state of the switch like the newer stuff does. Its probably spelled out the the service manual somewhere, but that would take...
On that year model it appears the brake switch (cruise side) is a closed loop between the cruise module, cruise switch, and that half of the brake switch.
It appears that 7747 got the 12v brake...
Get me details about the vehicle and I can look up the wiring diagram for you.
One thing that just occurred to me also check the connector at the CTS, have had to replace one or two of those over the years as well.
The CTS is a common failure for a TBI engine. The cutting out you are experiencing is the huge amount off fuel being adding intermittently as the PCM sees an engine temp of -40* when the sensor...
Strange indeed, However a blow fuse is a short. Don't over think it, find the short.
That's a fairly common function (opening, closing drivers door) across many manufactures in order for modules to enter sleep mode. Learned this years ago when testing for parasitic drains. You sure...
Pretty easy to back probe connector with key on to check the output voltage value. Its also possible the pin assignments could be different. Being GM that's not usually the case but try comparing the...
In an OEM ECM there will be closed loop timers and also it watches for changes/switching of the oxygen sensor. However I'm not familiar with the Accel, so this may or may not be true with it.
