Yes, please, what type of PCM? And there's more to it than just VATS and oxygen sensors but we can assist.
Rick
Sounds like you are ready to go and well equipped. Welcome to the group.
Rick
Are you flashing a file that has checksum errors?
Rick
An XDF for that operating system does not exist, at least not that I'm aware. You will likely need to pick a different OS and abandon 2618.
Rick
Yes, probably just a simple tune. Changes to your tune beyond that carry risks, extra costs and quite possibly new engine hardware. A new, more aggressive camshaft, LS3 intake manifold, headers and...
What PCM and what OS are you looking for . . . 7603??? The error you post above means the file you are looking for at that URL is no longer available. What transmission in the F100?
Rick
Yes, use 12212156 for the new OS. Sounds like you might need to take the lid off and ground that pin on the board to recover your PCM. I've never seen an XDF for 12216125.

Hello,
A buddy of mine in an A-body Chevelle with a mildly cammed LS1 motor has a maxxed out +25 LTFT and maybe a 4-5 STFT. I think his tune done by somebody else needs some extra fuel to get...
Read the codes and see if you show "DTC P1638".
Rick
When you know it is running in Lean Cruise mode, what do your Short Term and Long Term Fuel Trims indicate? Is the PCM maxing those values out at +25?
Rick
The checksum DLL file goes with Tuner Pro RT, not LS Droid. I never had to pay for LS Droid for Android on my phone.
Rick
Then you have done something wrong that Tuner Pro warned you against or you don't have the correct checksum DLL file installed. If you wish to stick with this BIN file, you can repair it with a...
Hello,
And welcome to the group.
Rick
I use LS Droid and PCM Hammer for the actual writing of the BIN file to a PCM. Several good You Tube videos explain them both, step by step. For every BIN that I've seen, Tuner Pro RT strongly...
If you don't care that the VIN inside your 1999 LM7 ECU will change then clone it - cloning will change everything to what's inside your 2156 BIN. I usually clone because we don't have strict...
Is it a 512k byte P01 PCM or a 1 megabyte P59 PCM?
Rick
There is no XDF for the 6125 OS BIN files for editing. However, there are other suitable OS BIN files with richly featured XDF support for use and you will simply be overwriting your existing 6125...
You will likely need to find an unmolested 7603 BIN or one that does not have the checksum error and start over again. Or use Universal Patcher to correct the checksums. Or, if the older version of...
You quite likely don't have the checksum.DLL file required for Tuner Pro RT. Do you have the latest Tuner Pro RT version - 11 January, 2022? I think that version includes all of the correct checksum...
Hello,
Your 5.3 / 4L60E combo is easy in 7603. That won't be any trouble for you and Tuner Pro RT makes it easy. You will have to know your tire height, rear gear differential ratio and do a...
Hello,
And welcome to the group.

Good choice for an engine. And welcome to the group.
Rick
The choice of the 454 engine makes it tough for me to give much advice. But with the 0411 PCM, I'd really try to avoid HP Tuners and stick with Tuner Pro RT if at all possible. The problem is that...
There are BINS with richly detailed XDF files that support that combo of engine and trans. Which PCM are you going to use? For the P01 PCM, I'm using the 8322 BIN but 2156 and 2088 are also very...
