Well I am topped out on timing at 40 degrees in hiway mode with no knocks at cruise. Temps are still where they have always been...less than 190. I appear to be at an average of 14 mpg per the hack....
When I apply the patch the numbers go back to the original settings. It's like the numbers are locked and if you try to change them it throws some crazy numbers.

I have all EGR functions turned off through a patch in the bin and the EGR has been removed from my engine. Should the BPW (base pulse width? ) change like that or is that an issue
I do see when the Hiway Lean kicked in toward the end of the log...the ECM went into open loop, the BLM locked and the timing went from 36 to 39 degrees..which is in line with the 3 degrees that is...

here is the Bin....I appreciate you looking at it. I noticed the BLM is freezing so the hi-way mode is engaging. I just need to do some more adjusting to achieve better MPG. 12 mpg SUCKS!!!!

Cleared the codes and burned a new chip...I still do not see any indications that the Hi-Way Lean is enabling. I need some help and/or directions.
