I got your log to work however not much of a log.
But you are still in open loop the BLM will be locked on 128 in open loop.
I am not where I can look at your log right now. But sounds like you are in open loop. The INT/BLM will be fixed in open loop. Once it goes into closed loop you can read what the INT/BLM are doing.
Not for sure with the blue tooth. But with a ALDL cable with the 10 k resistor all you have to do is pull the ground (A) out of the ALDL plug under the dash and it will still be able to transfer data...
This may sound to simple. But with a new engine you may have some spark plug fouling issues. Stick a new set of spark plugs in it and see if the problem goes away. I had a similar issue as you...
