Can also set "IAC - Max RPM hot Pk/N" to 900 to help to high an idle at other then Closed Loop in drive. And "IAC - Max Cold RPM in Kickdown Mode"
Idle with this ECM is a real trick. First you need to know it will always idle higher in Park/Neutral. It will always IDle higher when not fully warmed up. IAC has full control in Drive and even...
Did you have doubt?
That is just a starter chip. If you read the thread we linked to earlier you'll find all the changes mentioned on how to start a chip for a built or big cam engine....
I saw the high idle in your other logs as well. Pretty sure it's not the bin, it's the same thing that drove me nuts on a vehicle, even after testing IAC and IAC wiring it still was happening....
A lot of times that is do to "IAC - Position vs Temp" I cut them in half is usually enough.
Everytime you adjust the screw you have to have the key off for...? 10 seconds, then turn back on and ECM will calculate 0% TPS position, this is not based on TPS voltage, this is always an issue if...
Back in these old TBI trucks Ca had air pumps too and fed did not. I've also found WAY more Ca bin files superseded then feds. Guess they were never happy and always pushed...
Ca was always...
Give this a shot and get a data log.
EDIT: Stock for compare.
Considering Jet sucks and it's a Ca bin, that's out... ACSF was superseded twice to AMUR which is a good one, So I'll do my favorite... ADSU!
EDIT: I wanted to see what you were doing so I...
You have to judge IAC counts at the end of a drive, then idle. Under 20 counts, 10 is better. But then have to look at TPS voltage, perfect is .54... .65 is OK.
Somehow your missing idle timing?...
Did you notice the specs on the cam you have?
HYDRAULIC − Excellent mid-range for TPI
350, injectors, plenum and exhaust system.
2000+ stall converter. Requires custom tuning.

Awl or small screw driver, hammer, punch hole, pry shiny spot off and you'll see torx screw.
IAC controls Idle speed by adding air, not throttle blades.
I'm not sure how looking at same logs over and over is going to help? I've told you three things you need to do for idle and no change?...
Logs and tuning adjustments should always be done warmed up.
Logs don't show near enough spark for that engine.
Also IAC counts are very high at idle, turn the screw in a 1/4 turn to open...
At idle Closed Loop the BLM is 108, that is as far as BLM will go to take away fuel. VE has to much fuel at idle.
Look in the XDF, use categories and find the hacks, apply the BPW and Spark...
That's exactly opposite of what I told you to do in like second post of this thread?
Also note that idle will be higher then this in Park/Neutral, but will be close in Drive.
Below 128 is taking...
Well I take that back, there's nothing in that Jet chip that would help over a stock chip for your engine. It's almost a stock chip, few degrees timing at WOT is about the only thing noticeable, all...
The reason you started to idle better at that point was you went Closed Loop and fueling correction started, but it soon bottomed out.
The Stage 1 on the site is a Hypertech, not much change from stock, when you have time compare it. You'd be pissed if you spent money on it.
I'd like to see the Jet Stage 2 as I never saw one,...
ACSF was superseded twice to AMUR. I compared the bins and no big changes... looks like emmissions tweaks.
End of your log has some idle time and BLM is 108, which is minimum, so it's taking out...
Well he said this log was ACSF so if I have that bin I could analyze the data well.
Where did the Stage 1 and Stage 2 come from? Couple different companies use that name, one is reputable... still...
That's a lot of cam for stock intake, TBI and heads! Let's hope it's more then 250 HP, but getting to the 6000 RPM range is going to be an issue.
Your INT and BLM of 128! Not possible at 60 MAP...
That's not a mild cam. It's just beyond max for an EFI system. This one?
