Failed ECM 16196388. NEED replacement or alternative ECM for 1998 T6500 6.0L BB egine

Need help finding replacement ECM for 1998 T6500 6.0L BB with allison transmission TBI. Original ECM is 16196388. Any help /suggestions appreciated

Sorry not much help from me. Considering the year, are we to assume this is OBD2? Does the Allison trans require any sort of trans control? Not knowing much about your setup, I did a search for 16196388 and appears it has black connectors. Which leads me to think, can a 1227747 be swapped in??? Anyone can shed more light on this, please chime in!!! Hopefully these are actual pics and not just representations from the sites...nice if we could find a pin out.

I tried the 7747. It started but idle is 2000 rpm and MIL flashes. I have to locate pin out and/or located thr original. I can't get info from OBDII connector on this ECM or thr old one. I appreciate your response
