36 ECM detected less than 40 high resolution timing pulses between each low resolution pulse for 5 consecutive cycles.

So I've been driving for the past few days. No tuning, just data logging. Started it up today and drove around to the garage and while it was idling I got a CEL for a code 36. A google search came up with something about minimum air and suggested a vacuum leak or IAC issue. The one change I did make Friday was adjust the idle for IAC counts. I noticed IAC was at 0 counts at idle so I closed the throttle blades slightly to give me a count around 15-18.

And ideas on this issue?
