7747 to 7427 in 91 G Van with 700R4

Ok, I have decided to switch from the 7747 to the 7427. Setup is a 5.7TBI with a 700R4.
Couple questions.. I have tried to filter through the conversion threads, but trying to pick out 700R4 seems to be a challenge.
OK I downloaded the Fast 355 for 700R4 XDF. The 350TBI 700R4 bin zip file doesn't seem to work. What bin should I use to start with.
On repining the ECM. The main writeup refers to a manual. Does anyone have the pinout for the 700R4?
Last question for the moment if the VSS signal. Can I still use the factory VSS out of the DRAC.

Thanks. So is C7 on the 7747 not used? The high gear/temp switch?
