Question about eprom with motor swap

Hey guys, maybe you could help. I haven't been able to find a answer anywhere online. We did a motor swap on my boys 1995 suburban 5.7 with a automatic 4le80trans. The donor motor came from a 1989 rally wagon van with a manual transmission. What I am wondering will th eprom from the 95 suburban work for this motor. Will a chip in a vehicle control a different motor ordo I need to get a eprom specific to the donor motor.

The 95 EPROM will work on an 89 5.7 liter.

The 89 knock sensor is the wrong part number for 1995. Install a 95 knock sensor on the 89.

The 89 throttle body and 95 throttle body have different TPS connectors.

The 89 EGR solenoid might be different than 95, might be a good plan to use the 95 EGR solenoid.

There might be differences with the vacuum hoses, so it might be a good plan to check the 95 vacuum hose diagram.
