HELP: Stock LT1 24x P01 high idle issues

Car is 95 Corvette with LT1 and 4l60e. Has headers and muffler deletes. Ran fantastic before Opti died. Converted to 24x with torqhead kit. I have OBDX Pro VT and tunerpro RT for tuning. No matter what I set the desired and max idle to, it stays around 1400rpm in p/n and will drive itself up to about 10mph when in gear. Don't currently have the money to pay someone to tune it and getting really frustrated. I just want the stupid thing to idle at a normal RPM!!!! Am I missing a setting somewhere? Anyone have instructions on how to fix this?

    What was the base tune?

When I converted a Vortec L31 to 24X, I started with a Camaro LS1 Drive by Cable base tune.

I believe the base tune is 2002 Camaro ls1 drive by cable. Shows up as Canadian Camaro when I try to log it.

The attached Camaro file was originally posted on an EFI Live website, tune depository which has been removed from the Web.

The Camaro .tun file was flashed into a "Mule PCM" then read back as a .bin file.

Maybe the attached .bin would be a good candidate for writing a custom LT1 24X starter .bin file.

gearhead-efi link for another 2002 Camaro .bin file with Manual Trans (Post # 26): http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...rPro-Bin-Files

The L31 24X flash I helped with was for a Manual Trans.

I was able to leverage the 2002 Express Van L31 flash for my 24X system because it uses the same OS as the 2002 Camaro LS1. Some of the L31 parameter can be copy / pasted into the LS1 flash (MAF, Injectors, Throttle Body IAC, and some of the Spark tables). The 2002 Express Van L31 is not Coil-On-Plug ignition so considerable amount of spark table interpolation is needed for a custom 24X system.

    Some LT1's have OBD2 computers (1996 ~ 97) that might also have copy / paste parameters for a custom LT1 24X system?

I didn't even think about the OBD2 LT1 computers! I am sure it is a different OS but maybe the tables will use similar axis. I will see if i can find those somewhere.
