Hello,
Not sure, but I think you have been advised in several places to abandon chasing XDF files that don't exist for some BIN's. Why such a strong attraction for a 12585950 XDF? You could have already prepared a suitable BIN for which we have richly provisioned XDF files. Its a few hours of work to edit an unmodified BIN into what you need but after that, you are good to go . . . write it to your PCM.

i wasnt sure if i could change to another one being this is in my stock daily driver 2004 suburban and not a swap
Get a junk yard PCM and give 7603 a try - don't risk the installed PCM in your vehicle. What exactly is wrong with the PCM in your daily driver 2004 Suburban? Do you have strong emissions control laws where you live?
What are the colors of your PCM connectors? Red/blue? Or blue/green?

we have strong emissions yes nothing wrong with it just want more power out of it for towing their blue green connectors
Is there any 2004 bins that are manual shift, I`m trying to use a 6.0 with a 700R4 trans.
