You had a lot of knock counts in that log without knock retard, also some big knock retard on a deceleration. Besides looking at motor mount and ? for rattle you should probably start using 93 octane with Daves spark tables! Also check distributor bas timing set to 0.
Those data logs also had some issues, they keep stoping and starting, Hz would change and clock would stop. Never saw that before? Like a command kept being sent from ADX file? Usually a glitch in data just shuts it off...

that would vss?
ill dig into that this weekend
It did help but I had to reseal the intake last Saturday had an oil the found out had had vacuum leaks after I did the re seal so I had to pull intake back off and changed gaskets hasn't ran right since I first pulled intake I seen
I seen where you changed egr on temp to 151 would not doing this cause issues
I know that but rode around with old 5.7 auto with stock spark tables because it was showing crazy amount of knock
You think something rattling on exhaust would cause knock? Aren't you able to hear if engine is knocking?

I've sprayed the hell out the engine with brake clean
But I'll probably go get a gasket tomorrow for intake
