I just looked at BXSJ $31 for 1995 Hummer PCM and VATS is disabled/unchecked. VATS frequency are set to 0.00
So I'm not sure how it's handled in that vehicle? BCM module?

I have some experience soldering chips together, erasing & reprogramming, mainly 90-93 V-8 G.M. applications, this ,however, is new to me. I believe if I get the proper chip, for his build, I could program it. I am not 100% sure exactly what he needs. I have been told,it must be an H1, others have said the HD version would work? Please advise.
I just don't think VATS is handled through the PCM? If it's this one:

The VATS is off.
It's an easy PCM to burn a chip for with a Moates G1 adapter and 27FS512 chip, no soldering.

Unless this is not the PCM in the truck your working on? What's the PCM number and BCC?

With the hummer having a, gear on hub, application, does that limit it to a hummer application? I do not have a hummer file, to start with. Any suggestion?
Not sure what gear on hub is?
There's a bin file and the xdf/mask/definition for TunerPro RT V5 for 95 Hummer in the link above.
