The only reason I could see needing two o2 sensors is if you wanted to toggle between passenger and drive side of the engine (for troubleshooting problems). Someone please correct me if im wrong, but the ecm only gets feedback from one o2 sensor on a obd1 fuel injection system. Choose a side that makes wiring easier.
If your interested, I can post pictures on how I routed the wiring harness on my 351W? Its in a boat, but the routing on the engine could be dupicated.
