Tips on how to log a run with a manual transmission

    Hey as the title asks
Any pointer's on how to get a good log with a manual trans. T56 with 85 5th 65 6th OD and 4.11 gears in the 12 bolt
Is there an advantage to being able to select any gear?
Should I be logging in specific gears?
Do I ignore throttle changes during gear changes?

Just looking for tips on what is the best way to get smooth results. I have done some logging and wow is it choppy. Looks like a readout form a noise generator.

And a heads up I have the same question posted on the LT1 forum in case you frequent both like me.
