The 4.3 Memcal PROM Chip can be reprogrammed for either automatic or manual transmission. I found this 4.3 TBI Memcal on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/CHIP-BDYT-4-...pXoKsn&vxp=mtr

The LX315 will work with 16197427, with the correct wiring.
