look here for some good info. http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...rmation-EE-EEB

you should have a 4 digit BCC code not a bin number per se. when you find it you can look it up on the site below

    /BLPP/ ***Unable to locate bcc***

BLPP sounds like the BCC from your information. We don't seem to have a copy of that bin for me to check for you...

The LT1 PCM does not have a removable chip like other ECM/PCM. It is a flash prom through ALDL port. You will need a cable to connect to car and laptop and software program called WinFlash from TunerCat. Once you get the bin downloaded with Winflash you can look at injector flow or cylinder volume in TunerPro with $EE and if numbers are strange it is an early model $EEB.

Then you can use TunerPro to adjust the bin and record data.

As a side note if it is an early $EEB you can use an $EE bin file to reflash your PCM.

You found it on your PCM already. We just don't have a copy of that bin file, so when your read it donate a copy for our files.

also on the pcm there was blpp also *86BLPPK1408766AG*
    BLPP is your bin/BCC/chip

Well if you used Winflash to read the PCM and saved the file, then you need the $EE XDF in TunerPro to read the file. Read the tutorial for TunerPro, first thread here:
