    What pump are you going to use Dave?
    89 K1500 Scottsdale 5.7L 5spd 3:42 RamJet cam Dart iron TBI heads 427 PCM swap
    95 C2500 Cheyenne 6.5L turbo diesel 4L80e 4:10 DB2-4911 Manual pump conversion 0411 PCM trans control 2Bar COS

    Basically, using a TPI pump to replace the TBI pump. The TPI pump is nearly identical, size wise, to the TBI pump.

    I was thinking that or the 96 5.7 Vortec pump. Both fit the hanger with minimal effort.

    See pic below for the pump we ordered. It hasn't been installed. About $120, with shipping fees.

    I used the Walbro 255- pleased its quieter than the Carter. Curious where you taking air from, I used a 6.5 diesel filter assembly which takes air from the original location pass fender.

    Last week I grabbed a 98 vortec truck's ecu mount, washer res, battery tray to fit on the drivers fender area.

    Right now I'm just using the full flow filter - I was thinking about cowl induction but I don't know if I want to spend that much$$$
