    Homemade ALDL trouble

    I’ve got 2 homemade cables. One works flawlessly. The other I just bought doesn’t connect at all. But my laptop recognizes it. I’m running Windows 10.
    The pictures attached are the ones I have. The red one works great. The other doesn’t.
    are there certain drivers I need? I figured they’d be the same but I could be wrong. if anyone has experience with that type of cable please chime in.
