Shannen, when I edit the post with a new code is there a way for that to make it a new post so it doesn't get lost in old posts? Or do I have to make a new post?
    Thanks
    Hi Carl,

    I guess I missed this.

I don't have a direct answer to this question. There are tools at the top of the page to help filter the forums. Any new posts will move a thread to the top of the "New Posts" page. Edits will be noted in the "Recent Activity" page but they can be lost if there's a bunch of activity. I think the best answer may be to make the thread a sticky. I checked the stats and this thread has been viewed 2571 times (2572 now, I just opened it in another browser. ). That's much higher than most threads here.

I guess we're more valuable offering 5% off than useful technical advice.

Sometimes my tech advice isn't worth 5% The discount isn't much but it does help, it almost pays the sales tax

Don’t forget to open the emails Rock Auto sends you. They track the type of parts you buy and therefore assume you own specific vehicles. Then they have close out sale on parts for your vehicle. We recently got a bunch of regular maintenance stuff for our 1990 Mazda B2200. Probably a couple hundred bucks worth for under fifty bucks

Yes, the closeout stuff is very cool and saves a ton of money. I think I mentioned in another post that I bough a bunch of stuff I didn't necessarily need but the price was so good, I couldn't not

    Hiya Folks,
Just an FYI, I usually get updates to my discount fairly often and update here. Weirdness, I just got an email telling me my discount code will expire on the 26th(which I knew when I posted it). Usually I would already have a new discount code by now, so, just a note to say if you are looking, don't wait till after Christmas too long :(

    Thanks Shannen,
It turns out when I updated my email, it turned off my automatic messages and discount codes. That should be working again very soon so I will post when the discount codes start showing again.
