Need help with tune

I am in need of help with tuning my SBC 350 with a TPI. I have a 7730 ECU and using an autoprom. Below are my engine specs and sample run. It runs super RICH. With it running in my shop I went through 4 gallons of fuel in about 30min of total run time.

350 with 64cc double hump heads with 202/194 valves. The tpi has aftermarket runners and 22lb injectors. The cam specs are as follows:

The data log is showing two errors
Code 51 - PROM Error
Code 41 - Cylinder Select Error
