Looks like the wires would get pinched if mounted on flat surface?
I'm looking for something exactly like this, but surface mmount can't pinch...

I have not been able to find a product like you describe. Below are some links to Cooper Bussmann Products for circuit protection:

Interesting. And waterproof to boot.

Mark,
The complete box kit is about $45 with shipping. Better prices might be found with an internet search.
The connectors, wires, fuses, and relays will add up fast, maybe almost as much money for the electrical parts as the complete box kit.
The idea I have is build the power distribution module so it can be used on many different applications.
For the LSx harness:
Inputs:
Fan 1 control from PCM (wire length 3' to go to Fan 1 Relay)
Fan 2 control from PCM (wire length 3' to go to Fan 2 Relay)
Fuel Pump control from PCM (wire length 3' to go to Fuel Pump Relay)
Brake Switch N.O. (wire length 5' to go to Brake Switch Relay to reverse logic)
Battery "+"(wire length 5' to go to Battery)
Battery "-" (wire length 5' to go to Battery)
Ignition Switch "On / Start" (wire length 5' to go to Ignition Switch)
Output:
Four fused Battery "+" (PCM - ALDL, Fan 1 relay, Fan 2 relay, Fuel Pump relay)
Four fused Ignition "On / Start" (Bank one, Bank two, PCM, Sensors - MIL & TAC if equipped )
Fan 1 Relay "+" (wire length 5' to go to Fan 1)
Fan 2 Relay "+" (wire length 5' to go to Fan 2)
Fuel Pump Relay "+" (wire length 5' to go to Fuel Pump)
Brake Switch N.O (wire length 5' to go to TAC)
Brake Switch N.C. (wire length 3' to go to PCM)
That is a very full box of stuff!

maybe it's because i work on boats all day, but i always use blue seas marine blocks for dc power distribution in any project
http://www.bluesea.com/products/cate...locks/ST_Blade
if it holds up to being submerged in salt water, it's good enough for me! half my car is wired with this kind of stuff now
it's all ring terminals with screws too. i love ring terminals. add a circuit? no splicing, just throw another ring under there..

I used one of those fuse/distro blocks on a friend's car a year ago, it was nice, but seemed a bit bulky for the number of circuits.

Not what Mark's looking for, but useful for retrofit projects and add on circuits.

Mark, the types of panels you're looking for are used in buses and handicap vans all the time. This company manufacturers boards for many bus companies:

There are many, many circuit board images on their site. Here's an image search with a few of them:
https://www.google.com/search?q=scho...=isch&imgdii=_
The site is huge. This is under "specialty vehicles"

Here's some transit bus generic offerings:

Not sure on pricing though as I usually repair broken ones here or order through a local dealer which includes markup.
Maybe for an affordable option would be one mentioned and then build a mount for it? Like this?

Thanks Guys!
All has gone well. Just way bigger then anyone had explained to me! IVOR LEWIS ESOPHAGECTOMY is the procedure, glad I didn't know or look it up ahead of time or I'd have run for the hills!
But all tests back have shown excellent reports, all is great not just good but great.
Man it hurt a lot for a long time, I've been sneaking by hear and reading but when I type something it does not come out right so I erase it, way to much pain meds, been leaving a couple lately. May be going home Monday!
Thanks for all the support and prayers, I've received many more through email. God has been looking after me and completer recovery is expected!
