i need a little help, been learning, just not quickly enough

    happy sunday all.
ive been under this truck fixing things the engine swap guy broke.. ,more on that moron at the bottom. currently 9mpg and a WOT AF/R of 12.4...sooo bad.

well i had the whole story typed in here to explain what led me to here, however i walked away for a minute, got auto logged off, POOF! SHE GONE!!

short version, i love this truck, it is a fully loaded model with air suspension, all dealer service (before me) and in amazing condition for the 261K on the chassis.
oh well, i am here looking for some help with a BIN file that will get me close and then tune the fine parts.

i have my bench harness working and tested on both the ECM in the truck and the Donor ECM.
i have read bin files from both and written back to the donor
main issue is the cam, otherwise i would just put the stock tune and the 4l80 trans swap

    Vehicle config
    2005 Yukon XL SLT autoride
electric fans, digital AC, sunroof, (every option for the year)
    LQ4, 317 heads w/CAM - duration 212 220 Lift 557 560 LSA114
    Long tubes, 3" back
    4l80E stock converter
    3.43 rear gears
    tire 265/70/17

the OS i have on the donor ECM is 12587603

if one of you could point me in the direction of a set to start with, have one available, that would be awesome.
or if your in Texas, ill buy you a couple beers for it.
    Thanks!

ok, if you want to know the background of how it got to here, it is below, if not, stop reading here.

i love this truck, it is a fully loaded model with air suspension, all dealer service (before me) and in amazing condition for the 261K on the chassis.

i used to be a line tech doing motor swaps and building import hot rods, and swapped a few 5.7l back when. 20yrs later i tried to act like an adult and pay a person to put an LQ4 and 4l80e with a cam.
he put a cam in, not the one i gave him top put in...jerk! he removed the cats without asking, put on long tubes and then welded a crush bent 2.5" pipe inside the 3" collector, and then the Junk 4l80e blew up 800MI away got swapped out on the road. with another questionable one from a kansas wrecker. then the tail shaft bearing went, i changed that.

based on the reading from the Live OBDII data, this jackass silenced almost all the MIL and CEL lights and codes, i can unplug all the 02 sensors and no CEL... plus the way he "TOONED" it, i am getting 9MPG and....
sorry, it still stings. anyway, the moral is now i am in too deep to give up on the old girl, and want to start from the right place. i have replaced the exhaust from header back with Mandrel 3" , 2 x HF cats, stamped X-pipe, 2x resonators and, adding 2 more mufflers tonight because it is wayyyy too loud.

Find an unmolested copy of a 12587603 that has a standard 6.0 engine and a 4L80E trans. Then I'd use Tuner Pro RT with the 7603 XDF to defeat VATS, EVAP, EGR, put in your tire height and differential gear ratio.

Then see how that BIN runs in your PCM - but do make a copy of the bad tune for future reference. Watch your Long & Short Term Fuel Trims to see if the cam makes it run very lean which I suspect it will. Basically, I'd start from scratch all over again with a pristine copy of 7603 because we have no way of knowing what the other guy did inside your tune.

But you are likely going to need to richen up your fuel and add some air to get it to run right. A wideband O2 sensor would help here. If its running really lean, I'd stop and consult with a Tuner Pro expert around here . . . . not me. Running very lean = running very hot in the combustion chamber which further equals a melted piston top.
