Your 03 bin shows the vehicle is a 03 Yukon 4x4 6.0L with a 4L60 transmission. The 04 bin you are using is a 04 Silverado 4x4 6.0L with a 4L80 transmission. You have the 04 bin labeled as a 4x2 but the VIN in it shows it to be a 4x4. What transmission is in the vehicle and is the Yukon a XL? These are some of the problems when you try and use a file not from the vehicle. Especially a different year and vehicle type.
Yes the vehicle is a 2003 Yukon Denali non xl that had awd and i converted it to 2wd with a 4l80e. The bin im using is one i got off the forum and is the closest ive been able to find that works.
Here is your 04 bin file with just the fuel gauge fix and the 03 injector data. I thought I would at least get that to you. I am working on another file with a lot of other things that should be fixed for you to try. I've just been kind of busy so it might be another day or to before I finish with it. I won't post it here since the mods kind of frown on posting highly modified bins so if you will either post here or PM me an email address I'll send it to you when I'm done.

Figured I'd let you know that the bin you fixed for me is working great so far and the gas gauge reads correctly again, also seems like it runs better. Your help is greatly appreciated as it seems you know what you're doing more than i do.
I'm also in this same boat. Truck was a CNG 2004 LQ4 and I converted it back to gas off 2003 parts, including fuel rail and lines. I think the file you shared will work for me as well but mine is a 4x4 2500HD. Is there any way you could modify to work for my set up? Everything on the truck is 2004 except for Fuel tank/Pump/Injector/fuel rail. That would be amazing if possible. Thank you so much!Originally Posted by 2xls1

it does not store any problems about misfire. Even if you disconnect any spark plug wire/coil
Can anybody help with correct os swapping?
