Neither!
You will need to read to do a "Read" of the PCM to get the .bin - the numbers you posted are just service numbers.

I have a second question would I be able to use a USB OBDII connector or does it have to be a Bluetooth connector for LS droid and tuner pro
I have used USB connections with my OBDXPro VT as well as Bluetooth for reading and flashing. I do recommend using a bench harness over trying to do it in the vehicle.

Does the obdxpro vt come with a cable or is it another adapter if it’s different where did you buy it and what is it’s name, I have made a bench harness to use thanks for all of your help
No it does not come with a cable. The port on the VT is a USB micro like the old Samsung phones use.
It can be used USB or Bluetooth.
Unfortunately due to chip shortages I do not it believe any will be available for several months.
Some are using another device for USB , something Nanos!
Maybe one of the regulars will check in on that.
