Hey everyone,
Excited to learn how to make changes to the LS and 4l60e I swapped into my 60 series land cruiser last year.
First goal is to update the gearing and speedo to improve shifting and have an accurate speedo from the computer.
Just picked up an OBDlink LX, and plan to dig into PCM Hammer and TunerPro to figure things out!

Thanks Dave w! I'm been messing around with a ls XDF and a Bin file in Tunerpro to practice before figuring out which one I'll need to mess for my application. Lots of confusing jargon but I think I'm starting to get a hang of it. Want to pick up a spare ECM as well as my car is my daily and don't want to do something that would take it out of commission
Welcome to the forum.
You might also find it helpful to build a bench programming harness. With a good power supply you'll eliminate one more potential cause for programming failure and you can do reflashes from the comfort of your chair.
That's on my list of to-dos! Just need to find time to swing by a pick n pull to snag a pcm and plug
