beginning tune on big cam

while waiting on on burn2 from moats I have been looking at tables on tuner pro.what would be first line of attack to bring idle under controle from big cam,as in what tables to look at first.(.500 lift,218/228 dur. at .050,112 ls).I am still not clear on relation of blm count and ve table and what to change to bring the blm to 128 target.

EDIT: Went thru tutorial many times,have a 7747 ecm and have loaded the 7747 v5 xdf and the 7747v5 adf
