I know very litle about tcc lock and all that stuf so I need to comfirm that it is working as it should.

Here you can see up shift to 4th is commanded before lk in 3rd.
4th is set to lk at 46 mph
and 2nd lk is dissabled

Here is a copy of my spreadsheet I use to aid in shift schedules.

I already put in your stock tcc and shift tables for normal mode

It should help you visualize the changes you make and how it affects other parameters with the graphs.
