Gearhead-efi link with a .bin file for a 1999 454 http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...rPro-Bin-Files

Not sure if 1999 is the same as 2000. The 2000 gearhead-efi .bin file library did not have a file for the 454.

Maybe Univeral Patcher will open the 1999 .bin file: http://www.gearhead-efi.com/Fuel-Inj...versal-Patcher
