I have a axxf as well the axyc has been tested but I got it from a guy who unsoldered the chip and jacked up the memcal holder. I remover the i/o and netress and knock filter and soldered them into a another memcal and tested it on my test bench. The axxf is a uv erasable and has never been modified $100 shipped is the best I can do on that and if you need a 730 I can include one for another $25.

I found a new one yesterday and purchased it.Seems as though the salvage yards are lacking in V-8 memcals.I bought a ECM and it had a V-6 prom in it? The vin #'s were correct for a '91 Z28 V-8 TPI/auto.Maybe thats why it was there? Thanks for your time.

The Service number of the ECM just defines the hardware, not the application.

The same ECM, for example, the 1227730 was used in many applications from 4 cyl to V8, V6 being most common.

Exactly what six_shooter said, the one axxb link I posted to amazon is a good deal for a 305 memcal but it is made in singapore at delphi and has a one time program chip soldered in easy to replace though.
