Yeah, the ADX file I show is the A217 you've got written there. That's what's showing on Tuner Pro.
Also, how will a different .adx effect things?

Each ECM/PCM has it's own ALDL data stream, but that not an issue if you have the right one.
But you do have something wrong? What's this in? Got to be a wiring issue or? Also Brake is always on, didn't see any tranny switchs, always in Drive. Is this not an E trans?
Really need to know more about what this is?

This PCM and harness came out of a 4L60E equipped 5.7L '94 Chevy truck. I thinned out most of the trans side of the harness. It's now in my '77 Jeep Cherokee Chief with a 360/TH400/QT. I downloaded the BIN from the 7427 page here to Tuner Pro before I borrowed an Auto Prom from a friend and made some changes to it that other people had. I burned the bin to my new chip and installed it, along with a G1 into the PCM.
I'm not running knock or any of the emissions equipment.
I think I'll re-install the factory memcal as a baseline and then re-burn the chip also back to factory. Perhaps I made too many changes before getting it in the PCM.
What changes have been made to the bin? If you can, list every change you made.
I would back the base timing back down to about 10*. Also, you will need to change the value in the ADX to match your base timing so it will display the correct ammount. Otherwise it will be off my however much you base timing is set to.

VSS has been reading great. It's a JTR one.
I re-burned the chip to a 'factory' program. Started it up, it ran and then died after around 5 minutes. I couldn't connect to the PCM with my cable at all. This all happened last night. I wasn't getting any spark while cranking.
I re-installed the factory chip and it fired right up. It runs poorly, but at least it runs.
I'm going to re-install the burned chip and re-try later on. I'm thinking I may not have gotten it seated into the G1 correctly.
Edit: I managed to connect to the PCM with Tuner Pro and took a couple logs.

When something bad like a chip not seated correctly, or backwards usually sets a Error 51. Nothing works well with Error 51 set. Clear codes.
