Can someone point me in the right direction where to find a definition file to be used for tuner pro and efi live?

The 1FA files I assume?
no, though i know why you would think that. Mark uploaded the files once under that heading, 1FA is actually for the 94-95 3100 cars with a MAF(A-bodies), every other 95 and earlier 3100 (and f-body 3.4) application is actually entirely different, speed-density with a very unusual for the time PCM.
i refer to them as the P66 V6, since it is the only application that i know of that used dual P6 processors on a V6 engine(the other dual P6 units were for the LT1/L99 and northstars).
anyways, are you looking for the ADX or XDF? or both?

keep in mind the XDF won't do you much good without a way to read and program the PROM. would either need to pull it and do it manually in a burner or use the madtuner program via ALDL. recently, tunercat added the ability to do so(isn't that a coincidence?), so there's another option. if you want BINs, you could either pull your own or i could send you the archive of the ones i have(which is essentially all US and at least some of the export calibrations).
ADX will work on all 93-95 3100 and 3.4(f-body) applications except for the 94-95 A-bodies.
may make a thread and post all of the BINs/XDF/ADX in it soon, the topic comes up from time to time on other forums too.
If you build it? They will come...
