it has codes 22 43 53
i cant even get the engine to run anymore whatever it is not making it run its getting worse because it ran last weekend good last night it barely ran and now not at all
your probably right about the megasquirt

That's a lot of codes showing something is wrong?
Clear codes and try to start, see what comes back.
22 TPS sensor low?
43 Knock sensor failure?
53 System voltage high?
=
Something is wrong. Back to basics and fix the codes! They are not something you can ignore or turn off and ignore. Does it have spark? Fuel? Blown fuse? Fuel Pressure?

well i know tps is messed up when i ohm the blue signal wire it reads OL sorry it was code 54 fuel pump relay failure not 53 but when i jumper the relay fuel pump is buzzing
but not sure about fuel pressure
does the 7427 have a highway vac spark advance like the 7747 in steady cruise?
Nothing will run right without correct TPS signal.
The fuel pump relay failure is probably the cause of no start? Along with the fact that PCM is not getting fuel pump signal back.
Since you just did a major rewire? Probably got something pinned wrong? One by one, wire by wire, find the issue...

well this morning i found fouled plugs they were in there maybe a week and ran the car maybe 30 mins out of the week so this thing is letting the fuel out big time
i keep getting code 42 and 43
You always get a 42 when disconnecting bypass to set timing. But if cleared and comes back then there is an issue with EST timing.
43 is something failing in knock sensor to PCM.

well i found two wires broke in harness where it goes through the fender one was the tps signal wire and the light blue and white iac wire then when i did the resistor mod i didnt do the jumper port mod for the memcal i did that last night it runs ten times better but still thinking too much fuel because of the black smoke but i dont know to datalog need to get me a wideband o2
You can datalog Closed Loop and use BLM until you get a WB.
Have you inserted Injector Batt voltage offsets from installed injectors into the bin? Injector Flow Rate (MPFI lb/hr)?

No they are stock injectors i didn't change the offset but did change the flow rate mpfi lbs/hr to 19 I'm also using a maf bin while using speed density I think I need to use a bjyl bin
It also has stock Efan that I would like to keep but didn't know how to add the code in
MAF bin and changes to it won't help a SD system. You need to find a bin and make the changes needed for MPFI, not MAF...

ok i did everything i could think of i took an AWFU and swapped the ve tables and spark advance and spark latency (realized later that its from a 91 model with center bolt heads versus my 85 model old style heads) and i took the injector offset vs battery voltage from the FTM 6870 bin i ran it it seems to be running better not smoking as bad
still havent datalog my tach and spark advance isnt working in tuner pro spark advance is stuck on 4* and i have no o2 counts
EDIT now understand spark latency is for different ignition systems so i swapped to this
0 0
400 0
800 122
1000 168
1200 183
1600 198
2000 259
2800 229
3200 198
3600 198
4000 198
4400 214
4800 214

Leave the spark latency alone in BJYL bin if you have a small cap EFI External coil distributror.
You need to find a bin that come with those injectors and get the Injector Latency or Batt voltage offset table and extrapolate it to your BJYL bin.
Not sure why you needed the jumper on Memcal? Is it a V8 Memcal? If so the jumper is not needed and may be something in bin wrong. We found this awhile ago and I verified it on a good running $0D MPFI system, it ran great without jumper and ran horrible with jumper?
