So I finally got all my WBO2 working properly and just thought I'd have a look at a few bins and see what it is doing on idle. With the stock chip it runs almost all the way maxed lean when it goes into closed loop at fully warmed temperature and this is why my tuner was telling me he had shut it off. The sensor isn't that old but maybe I should just go ahead and replace it since they are pretty cheap. When I put my tuners $6E file with the O2 sensor disabled, the car idles very close to stoich and when I try the first mail tune order I got, the 6.12.14 bin file I posted up here on the other thread, the same thing happens when it goes into closed loop it goes all the way lean on the WBO2 sensor. I am going to go ahead and change the sensor tomorrow and see if it does the same thing. I already checked continuity from the O2 sensor connector to the computer and that was good. Or is it going all the way lean because it is running so rich that the O2 sensor is telling the computer to lean it out?

Replaced the O2 sensor and tightened my header gaskets and replaced the flange gaskets today. Flange gasket still leaks a little because the flange is so thin and bending so I am going to try to put a 2 piece thicker flange or get something made at work. The WBO2 sensor still sometimes goes very lean on idle but not as lean and not all the time like before so maybe my O2 sensor was faulty. Damn NGK, was only about a year old with barley any mileage. I replaced it with a Delco O2 sensor. Should have the new Bosch 3's in 24lbs this week. Can't wait to throw those puppies in and start tuning :-)
Just arrived today. Will install them when I get a chance:
So I installed my new Bosch 3, 24lb injectors today and tested out the ethanol context at my local station and found very little ethenol in the fuel. Will test again next fill up:
Unless the picture is deceiving? Looks like 10% E fuel to me?

The first line above the arrow to the right is zero, 2nd line is 10 and third line is 20. It is just above zero and maybe I had the water a tad above the zero line. I will try again the next fill up.
Anyways, do you think I did the right thing by getting the 24lb injectors instead of the 30lb?
Also, it is wierd that my car is going max lean on idle on the AFR guage when in closed loop :-(
It is OK in open loop.
I just replaced the O2 sensor with an AC Delco one and continuity is good from the sensor to the comp? Man this car is going to drive me to drink hahahaha.
