1998 Chevy Silverado 5.7L Vortec 0411 Swap to RoadRunner!

Is there any ADX file that will gather data (scan) from RoadRunner?
Will this ADX work with a cable such as this one?

I have an obdlink lx and have used torque, but I'm in search of a faster sample rate. I know the sample rate on the bluetooth elm adapters are slow, is the cable version no better?

Update: bought an ELM327 cable and it wouldn't even connect to TunerPro. The driver gave an error that it was phased out in 2012 or something. I did notice in the install instructions that the baud was 38? So I doubt it would have been really fast anyway...
This was the one...I'd stay away from it:

thanks for posting this! I was able to use it with a OBDlink LX on my 2004 GMC Sierra with a P59.
what adx are you using with the sierr p59??
that's a shame, I was playing around with it, since I already had a Bluetooth one. tp connects to it when I use the wrong adx, just no useful data of course. but when I the to use the adx for obd2 off tunerpro site, I get this error and it won't load.
shame, cause like torque pro, adding user defined pid would have been interesting.
has anyone had any luck with this?
