no some bins are that way. if you smooth the timming table then add 1 degree from 50kpa -100 kpa it will knock on its own. look at your table it goes up then down to keep it from knocking adding 1 degree would proble force the knock count. the hlc patch has a forced knock built in it . I would run it an see before tunning any more should work. iam sorry I was thinking of the corrupted bin I looked at, the main spark looks pretty good in this one smoothing would help a little.

I would start another thread in efi, it is more of a tunning ? now, with the egr disable is proble why you may have to force a knock count it takes 6 degrezz of timming away if the egr is called for. when you try it out post up a data log an I will try an help not tuned no v8s just 4.3 v6.
