Hi! Doing this from my cell phone(what a pain). So short and sweet. 1yr ago I dragged my Grandpa's '55 Chevy sedan out from behind the barn where it had been sitting for 25yrs. Pulled the broken V8 4spd out and installed a 250 inline 6cyl and 700r4 trans. New brakes, wheels and tires, and an American Autowire harness. All on the cheap. I bought an '89 S -10 4X4 Blazer for the trans and TBI. Spent the last year looking through 6cyl forums for TBI knowledge and installation. Came up dry. Finally looked up TBI forums and jackpot here I am. Just purchased an Offenhauser 4bll intake and a 292 exhaust manifold and will be machining a TBI adapter plate in the next week or so. Also need to finish pulling the harness and goodies out of the Blazer so it can go to scrap. The '55 is a daily driver so looking more for reliability than performance (although that would just be a plus). I'm really looking forward to the challenges and the learning experience from doing this conversion. Thanks in advance for your ideas and help. Mike
